• Trash - to learn if employees throw away company secrets with no thought of someone looking through their trash. 
• Shredded Paper – to learn if the shredding process being used is efficient or if given enough time, the paper can be put back together.
• Process of Trash Disposal – to see if their trash is being disposed of properly by bonded and trusted collectors.
• Storage Facility – looking for unlocked files and doors that can compromise company secrets.
• Access Control – checking to see if access control in controlled areas is adequate.
• Personnel Control – Assessing employee policies, their enforcement and identifying how well employees follow company rules and policies to prevent loss of information.
• Network Protection – Assess if computers are password protected, if memory drives are put away, and if their network system is closed or exposed.
• Installation of security systems – examine video camera placement, monitor sensors, and the possibility of glass breakage of their monitors.

After our assessment, we provide our client a well-written report outlining all security gaps in their policies, procedures and systems.
